We’re currently looking for a Director of Customer Experience.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for customer happiness. This role will oversee implementation, support, and ongoing success of our Enterprise clientele.

About you:

  • Experienced Customer Experience Leader
  • Experience in venture-backed organizations
  • Strong convictions, great customer experience
  • Constantly honing your approach, and looking ways to have a bigger impact
  • Confident navigating uncertainty to delivering results with minimal oversight
  • Experience with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE/EHS)
